Do I need to know how to code?
For about a third of the projects, no — the spreadsheet and no-code builds need only patience. For the rest, you need to be comfortable installing things and running commands. You do not need to be a developer, and none of the projects assume you've used AI before.
What will this cost me?
Software projects are free to build; running them costs between nothing and a few dollars a month, stated on every project page. Hardware projects need parts, usually $15–90, listed with substitutions where they exist.
How long until I have something real?
An hour for the first one. Every project is sized so you finish in one sitting, because half-finished builds are how people quit. If a project can't be finished in a weekend, it's split.
